I understand that you have purchased the property on 64th ave beside the Baptist Chuch. I was wondering what that area will consist of? Row homes only? A mixture like the Knoll site? (HOPEFULY)

Hi Lynda!

Thank you for your questions. The Duplexes are a rare commodity right now as KNOLL is the only MOSAIC community to offer them. They have been extremely popular though so I imagine you will see them again but not for at least a few years.

WESTWOOD and TAYLOR will feature Two Bedroom plus Den Georgian Rowhomes. Both of these communities launch sales this year so stay tuned for more information!

Thanks for your inquiry!

In regards to our Duplex homes, they will have a fenced back yard, and will also have a powder room on the main level! In addition to that, you are absolutely allowed to have pets in these homes. There are no restrictions as these homes are non-strata.

We are thrilled to hear that you are already living in the neighbourhood. Clayton is such a wonderful community (I live here too!).

We have not yet released our Duplexes, and are still waiting for confirmed floor plans, interior finishes, and pricing. To receive the most up-to-date information on our release, I encourage you to do one or both of the following:

Hi Peter,
I was wondering , with the duplex homes, and if they will have a fenced back yard, and if they will be having a bathroom on the main floor? I have a two, bedroom , two full bathrooms, twohouse, not far from you at the Knoll, it is only 2 1/2 years old, but no bathroom on the main floor, and I am thinking of selling, and moving in with one other person, so would need more space, also my place looks onto a grassed area, with a walkway, so the next Townhouse Dev. is not close, so you have some privacy as you sit on your covered area outside, and they allow small dogs or cat and a dog?

As of the time of writing this, we have the following homes available at the following prices:

Two Bedroom plus Den Rowhomes from $309,900.
Four Bedroom Single Family Homes from $494,900.

As for monthly payments, if you contact our Sales team, they can work out what this can look like as financing options are varied.

I have to write that because we sold five homes this week and are now approaching 80% Sold.
