Our design team has put the final touches on the Duplex homes to ensure each reflects the high levels of functionality, style, and uniqueness you come to expect from us.

The KNOLL Sales Team has been bombarded with curious visitors at the Home Store so without further ado, here are some of the finer details:

Six Duplex Homes Available

There are a total of  six homes, each with their own unique mix of red brick, cedar shingles, and vinyl exteriors lending each a distinct personality.

After years of feedback and the on-going Design Labs, the layouts of the Duplex homes showcase the contemporary open plans and functional design that have become our trademark. These brand new Duplex plans offer several innovative design features to attain a perfect balance between utility and comfort.

In the current release, there are two floorplans offered: the DOMINION and the DUNSMUIR.

The DOMINION Duplex Plan

Some features unique to this plan:

• Mud rooms off of the lower level to allow you to take off and store your outer wear and pet supplies without cluttering up your living level.
• Washer and dryer located on the lower level in the mud room.
• Large comfy window seat nooks off of the living room and in the bedroom looking out onto your front lawn (a personal favourite!)
